A: Absolutely! We formulate, bottle, and test each fragrance ourselves. We do not resell or rebrand other vendors’ oils.
Q3. Where are you based?
A: We are proudly based in India and ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.
Q4. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, we do offer COD on selected orders. T&Cs apply.
Q5. How do I contact you?

A: Attars are natural, alcohol-free, and oil-based fragrances, while perfume oils can be a blend of natural and synthetic components for specific scent profiles.

A: Our fragrances are designed for longevity — most last 6 to 12+ hours depending on your skin type and environment.
Q8. Are your fragrances unisex?
A: Yes! While some are more floral or woody, all our scents are designed to be inclusive.

A: Yes, we offer various sample kits to try.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
Q10. How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 days based on your location.
Q11. How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, we’ll send you the tracking link via messages or email.
Q12. My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
A: Contact us immediately via Instagram or WhatsApp with your order ID. We’ll help you out ASAP.

Q13. Are your fragrances skin-safe?
A: Yes. All our products are skin-safe, but we recommend a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Q14. Are your products alcohol-free?
A: Our attars are 100% alcohol-free. Some perfume oils may contain minimal alcohol for diffusion, clearly mentioned on product labels.
Q15. Can I use them on clothes?
A: Yes, but we recommend a small patch test on fabric. Some oils may leave a mark on delicate materials.

Q16. How do I know I won’t get scammed?
A: We understand your concern. We’re a verified brand with hundreds of real buyers, testimonials, and an active Instagram page. You can also opt for COD if you’re unsure.

Q18. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
A: Reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We’ll verify and replace it if applicable.
Q19. Why do some pages/people claim to be Aurana when they’re not?
A: Please beware of fake pages. Our only official account is @aurana.fragrances on instagram. If you suspect a scam, report it and inform us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q20. Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item, we’ll resolve it.
Q21. Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
