REFUNDS AND RETURNS

INFORMATION

At Aurana Fragrances, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that all products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we offer a limited return and refund policy under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

  1. Product must be defective, broken, or the wrong item must have been sent.

  2. A clear, unedited video of the customer opening the package (from start to finish) is mandatory for processing any return or refund.

    • The video must clearly show the package seal, the product inside, and the issue with it.

    • No cuts or edits are allowed in the video.

  3. The refund or return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  4. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for products that are tampered with, used, or altered in any way after delivery.
Due to the nature of fragrances, any signs of misuse or excessive use will make the return ineligible.

❌ No Return/Refund in these cases:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Product used or tested and then returned

  • Fragrance disliked due to personal preference (we recommend trying a sample size before buying a full bottle)

📦 How to Apply for a Refund:

    1. Contact us on our website’s return/refund form below, or find the form at the contact us page.

    2. Attach the unedited video of the unboxing.

    3. Mention your order IDdate of delivery, and reason for refund.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
