All our products are handmade or carefully curated. Minor variations in fragrance strength, color, or packaging may occur.
We aim to display product images as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary due to different screen settings.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders can be placed online through our website.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other available payment gateways integrated on our site.
In case of prepaid orders, they are only confirmed upon successful payment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship via trusted delivery partners. Delivery times may vary based on location, weekends, holidays, and other unforeseen events.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are only eligible if requested within 3 days of delivery.
Customers must submit an unedited video of them opening the package to validate the return/refund request.
Refunds are not applicable in cases of mishandling, tampering, or partial usage of the product.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the video evidence is missing, edited, or received after the 3-day window.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
